The beau and I have met many real estate agents, the majority of which don’t even bat an eye / get out of their chairs as they happily look over the bowl of agents cards they’ve already received during their open house.
This is what sets Shirley apart. We met her when she was showing a unit in the building we’ve been renting (which she sold for 30% over asking!) and were immediately drawn to her powerhouse combo of warmth and competitive nature. It was instantly clear to us that she always wants the best for her clients.
Since then we’ve kept in touch and she never hesitates to go above and beyond, and frequently accommodates our busy schedules. She also doesn’t hesitate to go out of her way to ensure the best experience for her potential clients – one of the condos we found didn’t have an open house until Sunday, but since our tour was scheduled for Saturday she independently reached out to get a private showing for us during our Saturday time slot.
Honestly I’m blown away she doesn’t have any Yelp reviews yet, given she’s a top producer at Climb (which is essentially one of the most boutique firms in the city and usually the only agents selling at our building) but that’s the crazy thing – she doesn’t even need them. I have no doubt that she’s blown up with the best form of marketing (word of mouth) and I’m so excited for our house tour this Saturday!
PS. She’s also completely bilingual (Chinese + English) so there’s that, too 😉
